Book Review: Looking For Alaska by: John Green

Looking For Alaska
By: John Green

Amazon Description:
Miles “Pudge” Halter is done with his safe life at home. His whole life has been one big non-event, and his obsession with famous last words has only made him crave “the Great Perhaps” even more (Francois Rabelais, poet). He heads off to the sometimes crazy and anything-but-boring world of Culver Creek Boarding School, and his life becomes the opposite of safe. Because down the hall is Alaska Young. The gorgeous, clever, funny, sexy, self-destructive, screwed up, and utterly fascinating Alaska Young. She is an event unto herself. She pulls Pudge into her world, launches him into the Great Perhaps, and steals his heart. Then. . . . After. Nothing is ever the same.

My Thoughts:
This book was once again, another masterpiece by John Green. I absolutely love the way he writes and this book is once again another amazing showcase of his talent to write. When you read any of his books, you feel so connected to the characters. It is as if you know them and are apart of what is taking place.
This book takes you through so many emotions... From excitement because there are fun adventures, to shock at the major part of the book (read it to see), and then the roller coaster of emotion that each of the characters go through after the event that takes place.

This book gets 4 out of 5 stars!
